From program development to occupancy, Landair performed an extensive range of real estate planning and owners representation services for this portfolio of seven dynamic projects totaling more than $500 million in development.

For the Empire State Development Corporation and NYC Economic Development Corporation, a joint venture, Landair advised the Corporation in its development negotiations with the Disney Development Corporation for the $34 million restoration of the New Amsterdam Theater. Landair conducted an exhaustive benchmarking analysis to establish the definition of a first class Broadway Theater production, to enable the Corporation to negotiate substantial savings on production related capital costs, to be borne by the developer.
