The firm assisted the New 42nd Street, City and State officials in realizing one of the most publicized cultural and commercial urban development successes in the United States. From program development to occupancy, Landair performed an extensive range of real estate planning and owners representation services for this portfolio of seven dynamic projects totaling more than $500 million in development.

For the Empire State Development Corporation and NYC Economic Development Corporation, a joint venture, Landair advised the Corporation in its development negotiations with the Disney Development Corporation for the $34 million restoration of the New Amsterdam Theater. Landair conducted an exhaustive benchmarking analysis to establish the definition of a first class Broadway Theater production, to enable the Corporation to negotiate substantial savings on production related capital costs, to be borne by the developer.
