Landair planned and managed the fast tracked scope development, design, and construction of the $110 million transformation of the David H. Koch Theater for the NYC Ballet and NYC Opera, in a fully operational facility with minimal down time including installation of all new state-of-the-art stage lighting and Media Suite, complete upgrade to acoustics, public areas and orchestra, and back-of-house improvements.

The firm also represented Lincoln Center Theater and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts with the introduction of the 21st Century industry standard improvements to both public amenities and essential back of house operations during tight artistic performance windows, and served as intermediary to public regulatory and financing agencies.
